How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards as well as debit cards bearing the MasterCard or Visa logo.

How does credit card payment work?
If you select credit card payment, your credit card will be charged on the day of delivery, and you will receive an email confirming your final order total. We'll include a full, itemized receipt with your order.

If your credit card has expired or is otherwise invalid, we'll be unable to process your order. Please note that we reserve the right to collect funds for any fees owed to us resulting from incorrect credit card information or over-the-limit accounts.

We take every precaution to protect your credit card information. To read our privacy policy, click here. [insert the Privacy Policy url from the website]

Why am I getting charged more than what's shown on my invoice?
If your order contains an item that is sold by the pound, then the total amount noted on the confirmation for each of these items is an estimate. The final price of these items are determined at the time your order is assembled. As a result, there may be a slight difference from the final amount invoiced.

Can I change or cancel an order?
You can change, reschedule or cancel an order at any time before the order cutoff deadline indicated on the email we send to confirm your order. Delivery time slots and order deadlines for different neighborhoods may vary slightly. To avoid being charged for an order you wish to cancel, we must receive your cancellation before the deadline.

For orders canceled after the deadline, there is a restocking fee of 100% of the cost of perishable items in the order plus 25% of the cost of packaged goods, excluding fees and tax. [review the previous sentence - it can be updated to reflect store's restocking policy]
