Checkout Intercept

Checkout Intercept

Customers want a personalized online shopping experience that makes it easy to get the best deals and re-order their favorite products. When it comes time to checkout, your store can help make sure they don’t forget any products or miss any special pricing.

When a customer clicks “Checkout,” a window appears suggesting items they might want to purchase. This is based on past purchasing behavior and what’s in their cart at the time of checkout, excluding items currently in the cart. Shoppers can add recommended items to their cart directly from the window.

This feature is automatic on all sites.

This does not work for One-Click Checkout.
