This guide applies to you if you already have a First Data merchant account and you’d like to set up the First Data Gift Card payment option in Freshop. If you need help accessing your LIVE merchant account, please contact your First Data account manager.

CAUTION

Please consult Freshop before you perform the following actions as some might break your existing applications!

1. Contact First Data Account Manager

2. Log Into Payeezy Gateway Virtual Terminal

3. Collect Gateway ID and Password 

1. Click on the terminal for eCom, Details screen
   
2. Copy your Gateway ID and paste it into your notepad
3. Select the Generate Password (this option will create a new password).
   
This action will NOT impact your existing Payeezy V2 setup with Freshop.
4. Copy the Password and paste it into your notepad
5. Click on Update at the bottom of the screen
   
6. You must then click Update at the bottom of the screen

4. Collect Key ID and HMAC Key

1. Click on the terminal for eCom, API Access screen
2. Copy & paste the Key ID to your notepad
3. Click Generate New Key under HMAC key (this will generate a new key)
   
4. Copy and paste the New Key to your notepad
   
5. You must then click Update at the bottom of the screen

5. Contact Freshop

1. Store Name/ID
2. Gateway ID (step 3)
3. Gateway Password (step 3)
4. Key ID (step 4)
5. HMAC Key (step 4)
   

All of the info above must be COPY & PASTED - we will not accept a screenshot.
