Payeezy v2: Account Setup

First Data Account Needed

1. First Data Merchant Account

To integrate First Data (Payeezy) into your application, you will need a  First Data Merchant Account , through which First Data collects information about your business as well as your bank account to settle the money that will be paid by your customers via Payeezy. Please contact  First Data  for details or visit the Payeezy support articles Getting Started with Payeezy Gateway.

2. Enable CVV2

To help in preventing fraud, merchants will want to enable the CVV2 verification when setting up their Payeezy v2 credentials via the Merchant Payeezy Portal. See the Payeezy v2: Merchant Account Setup: CVV2 Verification Enabled by Store guide. 

Gather First Data Merchant Data

If you need help with access to your LIVE Merchant Account, please contact your First Data Account Manager

1. Payeezy Gateway Virtual Terminal

Log into the Payeezy Gateway Virtual Terminal by navigating  to  https://globalgatewaye4.firstdata.com/. Enter your Login and Password credentials.

2. Terminals Tab

Navigate to the Terminals tab and select your terminal. Please COPY & PASTE the following info into your notepad: 
  1. Account Name (DBA Name)
  2. MID 
  3. Division ID 
  4. Transarmor token 

The above will need to be COPY & PASTED - we will not accept a screenshot. This is to help with any errors caused by mis-typing, etc.

If the Transarmor Token is not enabled please contact your First Data Merchant Account Manager.
 
If you have multiple terminals/stores that needed to be integrated, please retrieve Account, Description, MID, Transarmor Token for each terminal and save all of the data in a spreadsheet. 

3. Contact Freshop

Please contact the Freshop Support Team through the portal at  https://support.freshop.com/ (or email help@freshop.com) or your Freshop Account Manager if you are in the process of on-boarding. Please include the following information: 
  1. Your Name, Phone Number & Brief Message (that you approve the linking of your First Data Merchant Account(s) to Freshop’s First Data Developer Account, identified by team@freshop.com)
  2. Info collected from step 2 (must be COPY & PASTED): 
    1. Account
    2. Description
    3. MID
    4. Division ID
    5. Transarmor Token
