What if a product is out of stock when the personal shopper fulfills the order?
If an item is out of stock, the personal shopper will contact the customer before they check out to ask about a replacement. If the customer does not get a replacement, the item is refunded.

You will have an option when ordering whether you wish to have the personal shopper contact you or automatically choose an alternative product. 

What if I have a problem with an order, have a question about charges, or wish to return an item?

Does someone have to be home to accept the delivery?
